What’s our process?
It all depends on what type of surface you are looking to have cleaned. Is it a concrete driveway or sidewalk? Brick pavers or siding? Vinyl or aluminum siding? Based on the surface and the type of soils and preexisting stains we will offer a combination of the following steps:
Hot Water Preconditioning
Hot Water High Volume Pressure Washing
Cold Water Pressure Washing Rinse
Application of polymeric sand (for brick pavers)
Apply Sealant to protect and maintain the surface
How often should I clean my home?
Major vinyl siding manufacturers recommend a thorough cleaning every 12 to 24 months. Removing buildups of mold, algae and oxidation help keep your siding at its best.
Do I need to be at home?
Most customers are not at home when we clean their homes, but please remember to close all windows, clear your driveway, and put away fragile decorations.
My contractor said my siding and deck were zero maintenance. Is that true?
Low maintenance yes, zero maintenance no. Anything left outside in this area’s humidity and sun will get dirty. Your car gets dirty sitting in your driveway and so does your house.
What are the dark stains on my siding?
Most likely those stains are from mold. Mold thrives on moisture and a food source… and it will grow anywhere! Siding, especially on shady parts of your house, offers a good environment for mold to thrive.
Isn’t mold a health problem?
Yes! Mold and mildew around your home create unhealthy conditions for those with allergies and asthma. Pressure washing will remove mold from siding, trim, and concrete surfaces.
